Any information we gather from you during your appointment will be recorded on your personal client information card or our booking diary, which is kept in a secure location and not accessible to persons other than those directly associated with Beckies Bridal Hair and authorised to do so.
We may periodically ask you to confirm your details are up to date, correct and accurate.
We never buy personal data from other organisations.
We will notify you as soon as we become aware of any such data breaches and provide details on what data has been breached.
We will make regular reviews of client files and will keep your data on file for a maximum of 5 years , After that all information held will be destroyed.

You (the client) have the right to obtain the following information we hold on you -

You (the client) have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO if you believe you have justification or serious concerns about how we handle your personal data.

We aim to provide you with all relevant information in a timely manner, normally with one week of receiving the request, but no longer than one month (this will be calculated from the day after we receive the request. If this falls on a weekend or public holiday, then the next working day will apply.
